This touch of Eden includes four comfortable bed rooms in two buildings plus a large lovely virtual tree house. Banyan Cottage with private Jacuzzi. All rooms have private baths. Includes a Japanese covered jetted oriental stone and tile spa, a large DVD -VCR library - game room with Cable/TV/VCR/DVD can accommodate up to a 30 person seminar. Also there is also a second large comfortable common area along with many private lanais. The Inn provides a Breakfast Lovers Full Buffet and Omelette Bar each morning. The Inn is located in the heart of one of the worlds best climates at a favored elevation of 940 feet. Easy airport access, just 11 miles south of the Kona International Airport - KOA). CANCELLATION POLICY: Thirty days prior to arrival date we allow a full refund of the deposit less a 10% booking fee. Cancellation refund within 30 days of arrival is subject to re-booking. Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date and "no-shows" will be charged in full unless re-booked. All cancellations are charged a 10% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing. Discounts do not apply and deposits are not refunded during special events and holiday
