Our luxury vacation rental house has up to 8 bedrooms and 4 baths, perfect for the extended family reunion vacation! But it is also economical for smaller parties of 6 or more! We have just completed a large remodeling project which included a new kitchen and retiling the 1st floor. For the kitchen, we now have new African Mahoganey cabinets, new appliances and Italian granite counter tops. The floorplan has been opened up and is modern, great for entertaining large groups. We have a large pool in front of the kitchen, so you can watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large 800 square ft front lanai has a fantastic ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included!
