Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Deposit refunded within 14 days of departure providing condo left in clean condition, no lost keys or excessive cleaning required for next guest. If reservation cancelled 60 days prior to reservation date, deposit is refunded minus 10% cancellation fee. After 60 days, deposit forfeited, but rental fee will be returned if/when a new guest reserves the condo during your time slot. FYI, we have never had to hold a deposit. Traveler's insurance recommended. *Some restrictions apply.
