All walkway's are lighted throughout the grounds when your out for a walk or your enjoying the beautiful sunsets at dusk. Beautiful tropical birds of Hawaii will wake you in the morning with their songs, and visit you on the lanai while you sip your Kona coffee. It's a wonderful getaway for a relaxing vacation. Our two bedroom Keauhou Akahi condo is comfortable for one couple, two couples, or small family of four. All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort to supplement cool ocean breezes that filter through large louvered windows.

Keauhou Akahi is a small unique complex south of Kailua on the Kona Coast. The condo is located on the western coast of the Big Island in an exclusive area above Keauhou Bay and the beautiful Kona Golf Course. If you want to enjoy a one of a kind Hawaiian Luau you will have to go next door to the Sheraton to enjoy the Hula dancing and the roasting of the pig. The show with the beating of the drums and the dancing and the excellent food is an experience you will never forget. Volcano National Park is 100 miles south on the southeastern portion of the Island. Hilo with the Rain forest and lush botanical gardens are a getaway for the day. The eastern shore of the Island has alot of rainfall and green landscapes when you get a chance to drive to the Hilo side. If you are interested in shopping for the day in the Hilo area the only shopping mall on the Island will be your best choice.

Our Keauhou Akahi condo comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, with new granite countertops, new stainless steel fridge, new stainless steel oven, new stainless steel microwave,,new garbage disposal, cable TV, VCR, CD stereo, internet access , Hawaii books and maps. A new full-size Maytag clothes washer/dryer in the hall utility closet is included for your convenience. The Kona Country Club Golf Course is all that lies between you and Keauhou Bay with a beautiful panoramic ocean view.

May-Aug $115/nite $805/wk $3300/mo
Sept-Oct and Mar- Apr $135/nite $945/wk $3750/mo
Nov-Feb $155/nite $1085/wk $4350/mo
Cancellation Policy- Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is in writing & received 60 days prior to arrival, with a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds on any special or discount rates. Bookings are non-refundable once paid in full. We strongly recommend that all vacationers purchase 'Travel Guard' or Vacation Insurance for any unforeseen situations, occurrences, or emergencies which could lead to any monetary loss. Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for failure to purchase travel insurance to protect them against any losses incurred do to their inability to fulfill their booking, & therefore hold owner harmless.3.5% Bank Card fee for credit card use. Vacationer accepts this policy & booking constitutes acceptance of all our policies shown on this site..
Deposits:
$500.00 booking fee locks in dates, with full balance due 45 days before arrival. Bookings within 45 days of arrival are payable in full at date of booking. YOU MUST SHUT OFF ALL WATER, LIGHTS, AND FANS EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE HOME. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO PROVIDE THE LOW RATES VACATIONERS ALWAYS WANT AND ASK FOR ((*_,*)) Failure to leave the home locked with lights,fans & water off will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card..A $500.00 security deposit is refundable upon inspection with no damage. Vacationers booking constitutes acceptance of this policy.
