Our 3B/3B condo is on the top floor of a two story building, built with open beamed ceilings in each room. Fully furnished and equipted like your home. All new carpets, furnishings, applicances and linens. Ketchen is fully equiped with every thing you need for entertaining or cooking your own meals. It has a central air-conditioning system that will keep it cool on the hottest of days. A lania off the living room with view of the 11th hole for the Kona Counrty Club Golf Corase. Perfect for families or individals with over 1760 sq. ft. of living area. King sized in master bedroom, queen is second and third bedrooms and queen sofa sleeper in liviing room. There are 3 pools with hot tubs, 2 lighted tennis courts, and out door gas barques. Twenty four hour security gate and covered parking.

We invite you t be our guest at our fully furnished beautifully decorated vacation condominium at Kanaloa at Kona a four-star resort surrounded by 18 acres of beautiful manicured grounds with Keauhou Bay and the Pacific Ocean on the West and the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course on the East. Just a couple of blocks from Keauhou Bay which has ocean kayak rentals and snorkeling and diving boat charters. Just a few blocks to the Keauhou Shopping mall with restaurants, cinima, drug store, groucrey store, and many shops. One of the best snorkeling beachs that we have found on the island is just a few minutes by car. Our condo comes equiped with beach gear such as snorkel sest, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and ice chest, all for your use at no extra cost. Ideally located in the middle on the west side of the big island with ready access north or south to other attrachtions on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Low Season, April 15 to Dec 15, $175/nt., $1075/wk., Extra $15/couple /nt. $75/wk.
Late Summer Season, Sept 5 to Oct 5, $135/nit.
High Season, Dec 15 to April 15, $185/nt., $1175/wk. In addition is a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of $300 is required. It can be made by a separate check that we just hold until your departure and our cleaning lady has had a chance to clean and check for any problems, which there never is any. We then just mail your check back to you.
Deposits:
A rent deposit in the amount of 50% of the rent is required to hold the dates after 14 days of booking.
