Specific information about property
Beautifully decorated condo with views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai across the channel. Facing west for glorious sunsets, we are on a beautiful beach with palm trees. The sound of the waves rocks you to sleep. From late November through April we can watch whales from our lanai. Also from the lanai, we can watch surfers to the left and wind & kite surfers to the right, waves and wind permitting.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are ten minutes either way from Kaanapali and Kapalua with their world class golf courses. We are within walking distance of one of the well known Roy's restaurants.

Amenities
There is an on-site restaurant, tennis, beach volleyball, pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, Koi pond, BBQ's. Nearby is horseback riding, hiking, any type of boating & fishing and water sports, a Hawaiian theater "Maui Myth & Magic's: Ulalena'' directed by the Montreal people who created Cirque Du Soleil. There is shopping, all types of restaurants, movie theaters, luaus and much more close by.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
$295 per night (except December 22 through January 5 when it is $390 per night.)
Tax of 11.416% and a $60 check-in fee are added. For stays of less than 7 nights, a $150 cleaning fee is added.
There is a $200 fee for any cancellation. The entire deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled 60 days or less from the check-in date.

One-half of the total is required to confirm the booking with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
