Lastly, a second spiral staircase guides you to a large sun deck on the roof. Experience the finest sunrises and sunsets the Keys have to offer from any point in the home.

Notice of Cancellation MUST be submitted in writing or via e-mail with confirmation of owner acknowledgment. Acknowledged notification received 61 day prior to occipancy: full refund. No refunds for early departure (exception is mandatory evacuation)
