A short walk to a small fishing village. You are also near Playa De Los Ninos where the ocean rolls over the rocks and creates a large swimming tidal pools. Here you can relax,swim,read or paint. We are very close to world ronowned surfing beaches of Rincon, snorkeling,scuba ,Playa Jobos.diving,golf,horseback riding,biking or malls for movies &water park,. Visit the many and varied restaurants in the area and enjoy the local foods a & culture.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
We rent for $1100 a week from April 1st until November 31st then for $1200 a week. We have a 4 night mimimun and require a $250 deposit that gets refunded after you return. We do not accept 3rd party checks.

Deposits:
We require a $250 deposit either ny credit card whith a 3 % service charge or by personal check. Thsi is refunded after your return and return the key.
