The cottage has matching close-carpeting in the living room, bedroom and entrance hall, high quality cushion flooring in the kitchen and bathroom areas, and has been tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Modern gas-fired central heating is installed throughout the cottage. The bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite shower-room bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, clock radio, chest of drawers and a chair. Full sized wardrobe in the entrance hall. The living room has two easy chairs and a sofa that can convert to a double bed (a good one!) if required. Additionally there is a colour television, video. High quality bed linen and towels for your personal use and for the kitchen are provided free of charge. The kitchen has high quality fixtures with fridge freezer, microwave/oven/grill, electric hob and an ample supply of cookware and crockery/cutlery. And last, but perhaps the most important point, on your arrival you will find everything to be spotlessly clean.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Bleantis Mountain Cottage is located on a small bohereen (or lane) which leads directly onto Bleantasour Mountain (part of the Monavullagh range) just 1 km away. On Bleantasour mountain are panoramic views of the Knockmealdown mountains to the west, the Galtee mountains to the north, and the Comeragh mountains to the east. From here you can either roam across the Monavullagh mountains themselves or trek across the 'tops' to the famous Nire Valley or onto the craggy Comeragh mountain range.
This particular area of County Waterford is called the Deise (or Decies, but both are pronounced Day-shur). Its inhabitants are particularly warm, generous, tolerant and laid back and the local harbour town of Dungarvan has a very relaxed and happy atmosphere where complete strangers will greet you on the street. Additionally, the Ring peninsula on Dungarvan bay is one of the 6 Gaeltacht locations in Ireland, where Irish is spoken as the first language.
