Jan 01-May 31: $350/night; $1500/week; $1050 wkened; $4000/month. Jun 01-Sept 30: $200/night; $1050/week; $700 weekend; $2350/month. Nov 01-Dec 31: $450/night; $1250/week; $900 weekend; $2750/month. Week = 6 nights / 7 days; Weekend = Fri-Sun; Month = 30 nights ** LARGE Parties (6 and over): $50 surcharge per person ** RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL RESERVATION!! Cancellation Policy: The reservation/security deposit are refunded minus a $150 administration fee in the event of cancellation on or before 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of the date of arrival, the deposits and rents paid will be refunded to the undersigned minus the $150 administration fee once, and if only the dates have been booked by other parties. Should the time not be booked, the deposit will be refunded along with 50% of the rents paid.
