Movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants are a mile or two away. Indio, the City of Festivals, is chock full of events for visitors in winter.

The house is air conditioned in two zones. There is one queen size and two full beds. The living room features a 36" TV in a media center, a fireplace, ceramic tile floors and ample views of the rose garden and a community pond. A comfortably furnished office with an optional internet connection is waiting for you as well. The master bath features a tub, a shower, as well as a large walk-in closet.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
We prefer to rent for at least two weeks at a time. The two week rate is $1,800, the monthly rate $3,000, excluding all utilities.

Deposits:
The deposit is $1,000 for damage and utilities. A two week rent is fully payable at the time of reservation. Remaining rents are payable monthly upon commencement of the rental period.
