Centrally located between the two hottest towns in the Desert with all it's restaurants

Deposit fee of $1,000 required upfront with booking. Later gets credited towards the
rent. Should you cancel within 30 days of renting, this fee is non-refundable. Rent per
month is $6,000 with a $2,000 Security fee and a $500 pet fee. A cleaning fee of
$150 is also due. Security fees are refundable. Electric and Gas amounts over the
normal rate of about $200 will be the responsibility of tenant. Terms for long term rental
will change. Home also available for yearly rental .
