 Additional information about surrounding area and attractions:
The Pub Restaurant is just across the street for your convenience of dining in or take out. There is a Marina 15 minutes south (John's Pass) or 20 minutes north (Clearwater)
for watersports rentals or fishing. Busch Gardens in Tampa is 30 minutes away. Disney World in Orlando is a 1 1/2 hour drive. The Tampa airport is 30 minutes from our condo, Clearwater/St. Pete Airport is about 15 minutes. Golf courses, flea markets and miniature golf are plentiful in the area. There is a shuttle which runs daily up and down Gulf Blvd.
Additional information about amenities:
Our unit offers bed, bath and kitchen linens as well as beach towels. The kitchen has dishes, glassware, flatware,pots & pans,bakeware,B-B-Que tools and
utensils,for your use. There is a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The balcony offers a table and chairs for eating outside,a lounge chair and small table,and a closet with beach toys for your enjoyment. We have a full size washer & dryer in the unit. Wireless Internet in unit.
