•Add $100.00 Departure Fee, $45.00 Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Plan and 12% Sales and Resort Tax

•CANCELLATIONS: The Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs more than 45 days (more than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. No refund of any and all funds received if cancellation occurs less than 45 days (less than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. Travel insurance insurance coverage can offer protection from a wide array of unexpected events which could necessitate a cancellation – unpredictable weather, job loss, medical, etc. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment and is highly recommended.

Deposits:

•DEPOSIT: A $300.00 ($600.00 for monthly rentals) reservation deposit is required with balance of funds due 45 days (60 days monthly rentals) prior to arrival.

•SECURITY AGREEMENT: The Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Plan covers you for accidental damages up to $1,500.00. Once purchased, the cost for this plan is non-refundable.
