Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet residential beach located north of St Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach. Our newly constructed town house is directly on the Intracoastal waterway with beautiful waterviews and a gorgeous sunrise every morning. If it is action you seek - we are close to Major League Football, Baseball (spring training for the New York Yankees, Phillies), Hockey. We also have many museums, aquariums, botanical gardens, zoos not to mention water sports galore! If you are a boating enthusiast this is the place to be. We have boat slips available.
The Orlando theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Universal, Islands of Adventure, Sea World) are all about an hour and a half away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island waterpark are in Tampa and only 45 minutes from the town house.
