There is no problem with roads in the winter. This is a summer and winter paradise.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This is a summer and winter paradise. We are slightly nestled in the pines at the end of a very quiet road. There are numerous wonderful restaurants, and many casinos within miles. There is access to the private homeowners beach. There is a small fee for this. The rec center is nearby with fitness center, swimming pools and tennis courts.
