Description of surrounding area and attractions
Bay Point is one of the finest smaller condo complexes at the Lake. It's immaculate pool and wrap around deck sits out on a point surrounded by the main channel. Club house and restrooms are right off the pool area. Parkette with picnic tables, and grills for gathering. Water activities, golfing, restaurantes, boat launch and shopping are all nearby. Baypoint is located at the end of Horseshoe Bend by land, and at the 10mm of the main channel by water. Definitely a premiere vacation destination. Numerous activities in the area include: 15 golf courses, largest factory outlet mall in Misouri, antique shops, music shows, water parks, excursion boats, dinner cruises, parasailing, horseback riding, miniature golf, go-carts, caves, state park, great restaurants by car or boat, churches of all denomination. *10/night for each additional person up to 6. Cannot be all adults. One child under age 2 stays free. 4 night minimum in summer, 2 night otherwise. Age restrictions. Deposit less a 30% service charge refunded only if 30 days cancellation notice.
