Three of the bedrooms are king size beds and one is set up with twins, but can be converted to an additional king. They all have private baths attached. All except one has double sinks. One of the bedrooms is a second master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The media room with 52 inch screen is set up in the fifth bedroom with a sofa bed that sleeps two.
All linens are included (as well as linens for the sofa bed), and the spacious kitchen has abundant utensils and dishes, small appliances, an additional Scotsman ice maker, garbage disposal, etc. You can gourmet cook if you choose, or walk to the numerous restaurants, shopping/theater in Coligny Plaza in five minutes. There is wireless high speed internet available at no charge.
You will love the large porches for relaxing, dining, or reading.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Golf and tennis is nearby and the bike path will take you anywhere on the island. Coligny Plaza is just a five minute walk away with numerous restaurants, shops, theater and grocery store. You can rent bikes and travel all over the island on the numerous pathways built by the town of Hilton Head. Exhilarating water sports are available at various locations on the island. Just minutes from our home. As well as nature walks, visits to Charleston, Savannah, or Beaufort. You can arrive via the on island Hilton Head Airport (HHH) or the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport (SAV), which is approximately 45 minutes from the island. There is a lot for all to do from children to grandparents and everyone in between. Hilton Head Island is a wonderful, family oriented vacation resort.

Amenities
You will love the large porches for relaxing, reading, having your meals, etc. as you look out at the ocean, just steps away. The heated pool/spa area is totally private and there is an outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking under the house, as well as room for cars in the double driveways.
This is a vacation home our family has used and loved for many years and is kept in immaculate condition. You will find many personal touches in the house that are not normally in rental homes.
