Welcome to Coupe Deville. Situated against a beautiful background of natural woodland with no rear neighbours, our villa is a peaceful oasis you can return to each day to completely chill out and relax after a hectic day at the parks. It has a light airy feel and is furnished to a very high standard to ensure that you feel totally at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan family room has a large comfortable corner suite to sprawl on. The master suite has a King size bed and the en suite bathroom has a large corner tub, twin vanity units and a huge shower. One of the twin rooms has a full bathroom next door and the other shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom which has a queen size bed. All the bedrooms have TVs, the Queen room has a DVD player and both twin rooms have Playstation II. Outside the pool deck has been extended to give extra room for lazing around on the comfortable pool furniture, and the heated pool and spa are the ultimate temptation

Highgate Park is situated within the villages of Legacy Park on Highway 27. It is a gated community and has a childrens play area and tennis court. Disney is only 15 minutes drive away and the restaurants and bars on SR 192 are about 10 minutes drive. There is a Publix supermarket very close by and a Super Wal Mart about 10 minutes drive along H27. There are several world class golf courses inthe area, the nearest is at Champions Gate which again is about 10 minutes drive.
The villa is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric oven, toaster kettle, coffee maker etc. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board. toAll of the bedrooms and the family room have cable TV. The swimming pool has electric heating which is recommended from October thru March. The key to the villa is held in a lock box making arrival times more flexible.
Rates are as follows; 1st April 08 to 30th June 10 $770.00 per. week 1st July 08 to 31st August 10 $880.00 per. week 1st September 08 to 31st December 08 $855.00 1st January 09 to 31st March 09 $800.00 per. week Pool heat (optional) is $19.00 per.day A cleaning charge of $100.00 will apply to stays less than 6 days, otherwise cleaning is included in the price. Full deposit repayable if cancellation in writing is received 30 days before rental starts Rates include all taxes
