Description of surrounding area and attractions
Walt Disney World is only 6 minutes away via the new State Road 429 and Disneys Western Way, taking you directly onto Buena Vista Drive near Blizzard Beach and Animal Kingdom. The other main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and International drive are all close by.
All of the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants are only minutes away.
There are several golf courses just a few minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Champions Gate and Legends, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.

Amenities
All 5 bedrooms and the lounge have remote control cable TVs offering in excess of 70 channels, such as Discovery, SCI-FI, VH1, CNN etc. There is also a DVD player in the lounge equipped with surround sound speakers.
Each full bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer and for visitors with very young children, we have also provided a high chair, stroller, stair gate and cot with linens.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Low Season January, February, March, November, December $1000/week
Mid Season April, May, June, September, October $1150/week
High Season July, August $1350/week
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. In the event that you cancel your reservation or we have to cancel due to non-payment of the balance by eight weeks before arrival then any payments already made will be retained. You are recommended to take out adequate holiday/vacation insurance to cover possible cancellations.

25% deposit required to secure booking.
The full balance has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Damage deposit ($300) is required with final payment.
