Situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development which is about 11 miles from Disney (20 minutes) and within easy reach of all attractions. Hampton Lakes is a quiet area and our villa is in a quiet Cul de Sac. It is in the executive part of the development where the homes are spaced further apart, also it is on higher ground than the home behind and is therefore not directly overlooked. This makes for an ideal base for any family vacation in Florida. A communal swimming pool is available as well as your own private pool with spa, also, there is a childrens play area. Tennis courts, volley ball and basket ball courts are also available for your enjoyment.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Situated on US27almost midway between I4 and US192 about 11 miles south west of the Disney complex. Ideally placed for easy acces to all that Florida has to offer, in particular Orlando, all the theme parks are an easy drive. There are numerous golf courses too,25 or more all within a 30 minute drive. The east and west coasts are also within easy reach as we are placed about midway between either.

Huge fully fitted and equipped kitchen with seperate eat-in area, seperate dining room and 2 lounge areas. Free cable TV to main lounge and 3 bedrooms. 3 double bedrooms (2 ensuite) & 2 twin bedded rooms. Airconditioned living space is approx 2500sq ft.

Pool heat is optional at US$20 per day, spa heat $10 per day.
Cleaning, a charge of $75 will be added for stays of 5 days or less.
Cancellation charges, we must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. More than 2 months, deposit forfeited. Between 1 & 2 months, 50% of total cost forfeited, 1 month or less, 100% of total cast will be forfeited.

Booking dposit of US $200 per week booked. The balance of the total is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is due with final balance,and returned within 31 days.
