Shannon House is a private, family owned upgraded executive 5 bedroom 3 bath (2 ensuite) villa with GAMES ROOM, FREE use of computer, FREE wireless internet,FREE phone calls (see web site for full details). Situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development which is about 11 miles from Disney (20 minutes) and within easy reach of all attractions. Hampton Lakes is a quiet area and our villa is in a quiet Cul de Sac. It is in the executive part of the development where the homes are spaced further apart, also it is on higher ground than the home behind and is therefore not directly overlooked. This makes for an ideal base for any family vacation in Florida. A communal swimming pool is available as well as your own private pool with spa, also, there is a children's play area. Tennis courts, volley ball and basket ball courts are also available for your enjoyment.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Pool heat is optional at US$20 per day, spa heat $10 per day.
Cleaning, a charge of $75 will be added for stays of 5 days or less.
Cancellation charges, we must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. More than 2 months, deposit forfeited. Between 1 & 2 months, 50% of total cost forfeited, 1 month or less, 100% of total cast will be forfeited.
Deposits:
Booking deposit of US $200 per week booked. The balance of the total is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is due with final balance,and returned within 31 days.

Electronic key pad, no keys required.
