The Villa also has a south facing heated Pool and Jacuzzi (plus an extended deck area), a well equipped games room with a Pool Table, Foosball, AirHockey, TV & PS2 and a bar table and chairs. The Villa is child friendly with a cot, high chairs, stroller, stair gate and a pool screen. It offers TV's in every bedroom, TV and DVD in both Master Suites, a loft area & Family Room that includes a 46'' LCD HDTV (HDTV inc HBO) with a blue ray player and a selection of movies. The villa has a new Bose entertainment system and computer with high speed wireless Internet access.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The Four Seasons is a stunning villa combining visual impact with superb facilities. When you walk into The Four Seasons the spaciousness will strike you - part of the interior is the full height of the 2 story villa. A balcony overlooks the Family Room and this feature is visually stunning. The balcony then leads to a comfortable loft area that overlooks the room and is perfect for reading or just relaxing. The design of The Four Seasons allows you to have some privacy when you want it and also to join in with the crowd when you are in the mood.

Amenities
The villa has 2 Master bedrooms, four twin rooms and there are 2 queen size sofa beds, one in the formal living room and one in the loft. There are 2 living areas, nook and formal dining area and a large kitchen. In total The Four Seasons has 4.5 bathrooms.
The Location of The Four Seasons is unbeatable. A fantastic golf course is just a few steps away and the view from the pool area is just simply stunning, relax by the pool after a game of golf or a day in the theme parks by taking a cool drink and watching the sun go down. Disneyworld's many parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are just a 20 minute drive away. The golf clubhouse is situated very close to The Four Seasons and the Southern Dunes Community also offers a gym, tennis courts, communal swimming pools and has a beautiful lake. Visitors can use the golf course (fee's apply). The community is also gated so is very secure. Orlando International is just over half an hour away and Sanford is 45 minutes away.
The deck area around the pool is extended to allow 2 tables, 8 chairs and 4 sun loungers to look out onto the pool and the fantastic view of the first fairway. There is also a large gas BBQ grill that is available for a small charge.You drive out of Southern Dunes with a very large Wal-Mart on your right and various other grocery srores on your left. 100 yards across the US27 is a McDonalds and Checkers, to the right there are liquor stores, gas stations, banks with 24 hr ATM's etc. To the left there are several other restaurants, bars and a choice of chemists. A few miles away is Haines City and a bit furter on is a mall with Sears and many other stores. A new hospital with A&E is just 3 miles away. To Orlando drive to the I4, this takes you to Disney in about 20 minutes and the other world renowned attractions of Seaworld, Downtown Disney & The Cirque Du Soliel's La Nouba, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios etc. Bush Gardens in Tampa is a 45 minute drive. Fantastic golf courses such as ChampionsGate, Reunion, Mystic Dunes, Panther Lake, Crooked Cat as well as Southern Dunes are lying in wait of even the most fearless of golfers.
Kissimmee is just off the I4 on US192 which has restuarants and bars. Oldtown and Celebration are also very close. The Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, Clearwater are all around a 1 hour drive. The location is unbeatable.
