The WOW! factor this privately owned air conditioned home sets itself apart with original artwork and huge double height ceiling in the open plan great room. Furnished and equipped to a high standard with high quality towels and linens.
Full kitchen. Great room has t.v., dvd player plus discs (film and music) with plenty of books and games. Formal dining area. Great views over the 4th hole from our screened Florida room which is a lovely place to eat. With golfers and wildlife to entertain you!
Our tropical style bedroom has queen size bed with cable t.v., large ensuite with double size bath and shower. 2nd room has queen size bed and 3rd room has 2 twin beds - all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for all that shopping. Garage has washer and dryer. Highchair at house.
4 Minutes walk from the nearest quiet community pool just for our road with sun loungers and chairs. There are two other pools to choose from within Southern Dunes.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Only 20 minutes from all the Disney Parks and straight up the I4 for Universal, Wet & Wild, Sea World and all that Orlando has to offer. Southern Dunes is right next to a 24 hr Walmart, Winn Dixie and a bank are on the left. Restaurants, are plentiful and there are 2 Publix within 5 minutes. Shopping Malls are about 15 minutes, with outlets a little further. A day at the beach east or west is around 1 1/4 hours away, dolphins and manatee swim past close to the shore, shelling becomes addictive, catch a launch at Kennedy something you won't forget.
Known for its lakes there are plenty in the area great for outdoor pursuits. A touch of old Florida can be found in the local towns but within easy reach of the noise and excitement.
Clubhouse just across the road has a full service restaurant and a friendly bar.

Right on the golf course and close enough to bring your golf cart to your door to load your clubs.
Kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker and blender, with plenty of untensils for a perfect home cooked meal. We even supply pool towels
This is our home and not 'just a rental' everything is there for your use - right down to the pool toys, as our guests you will be looked after by our local agents so there should be no worries if anything untoward should occur.
