Our condo is new and incredibly well-equipped with everything you might find at home. I painstakingly decorated this unit with higher end Pottery Barn Decor, linens,and premium bedding. You will never sleep so well in your life! Open up the door and be lulled to sleep by the waves -- you're directly on the Gulf of Mexico and can awaken to indigo blue waters each morning.
We also loaded our home away from home with stuff you would find in your own kitchen, so you don't need to rush off to buy a spice, cleaner or something. We live here and make sure that all of our units are in tip-top shape. Things work, carpets are clean and the unit itself is in pristine condition. There are extras in our place which will save you money.
IN addition, our unit also sleeps 7 quite comfortably. We have a king in the master, and a full+ twin Bed in the 2nd bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a queens sized sleeper. A crib + high chair are available, at no extra charge. Please ask.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are 3/4 of a mile down West Beach -- West of hwy 59. We are located directly on the gulf. You can Walk to a smaller sundrie store -- Pier 33 across the street or are within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. You are very conveniently located.
