Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates are from $900 to $1300 per week depending on the time of the year. Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel. If notice is given up to 6 weeks prior to arrival you will forfeit the deposit. If canceling within 6 weeks of your arrival there is a 50% rental fee unless we are able to re-rent the unit.
