We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and 3 km from the small port of AGIOS NIKOLAOS, which is the only port, has ferries to KEFALONIA (1 hour by ferry boat).
Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 m2, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (ALIKES, ALIKANAS) andKEFALONIA. We constructed a villa using only natural materials (stone and wood) in full harmony with the natural environment.
The Blue Caves Villas are built on the rocks on top of the spectacular Blue Caves, rich in light, blue - green crystal clear water and sandy shores. The villa has direct access to the sea and «Priest's Cave» where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. The surrounding of the villas includes: aromatic herbal garden, water fountains, beach chairs, traditional village style oven and BBQ, olive groves.
