The 3BR "Pool Villas" were built from scratch and have their own private pools, courtyards and 2,850 sq.ft. of two level space! The new 3BR "BAY VISTA" units are hotel rooms converted into timeshare condos. They are HALF the square footage (1,470 inc. balconies) of the Pool Villas and DO NOT have private pools.
