The pool is situated so that guests can lounge in the pool or hot tub and watch the huge cruise ships leaving the main harbor at Charlotte Amalie in the evening. This is one of the best luxuary villas on St. Thomas, with more real beach access than anything on the Island. The property is at the end of a cul de sac, with parking for a number of cars. It is located five minutes from the Mariott and downtown.

Villa Cote Sud is located just 5 minutes east from the Mariott Frenchman's Reef Hotel; 10 minutes from Havensight and Yacht Haven Grande shopping and restaurants. There are three markets within ten minutes, a bookstore in Havensight, and access to rented jet skis at the Marriott. Arriving by plane, it takes about 30 minutes to drive through town to get to the Villa. The best attraction of Cote Sud is the snorkeling, which is right off the private pier and among the best on St. Thomas, with undisturbed rocks and coral. There are nearly 20 restaurants within ten minutes, including the best on the Island. You are also less than ten minutes from Haven Sight, Yacht Haven Grande, and downtown, with all of the wonderful shopping on St. Thomas. Shopping is one of the main activities on St. Thomas, which has not sales tax or duties and where high end goods sell at a large discount to the mainland or Europe. The house is at the end of a private road, with only one house nearby-private.

Cote Sud has a large pool, facing Southeast overllooking the ocean. At night, cruise ship watching from the pool is a must, or from the hot tub which is next to the pool. The Villa has an eating area outside under the veranda, that is wonderful morning or evening. The well equipped workout room is equpped with its own television. The kitchen is large, with seating for six, and loaded with appliances. The granite counter tops are dazzling.
