Description of surrounding area and attractions
Fraser is 2 miles from Winter Park and 4 miles from the Winter Park ski resort. The end of our street you can catch the free bus to either Winter Park or the ski resort. Cross country ski or snowshoe out the front door or on adjacent trails. Sledding and more complete the winter picture. Fishing, hiking, hunting, biking and, ghost towning in the spring, summer and fall. There are some souls that fish in the winter as well. Beautiful Colorado mountain country includes the towns of Winter Park and Fraser, great nightlife and dining, shopping and antiqing.

$750 a night until 1/15 of any year. 1/16 until the end of March is $450 week night and $500 weekend night. April thru November 20th is $300 per week night and $350 per weekend night. November 21 thru December 21 is $450 week night and $500 per weekend night. Snowshoe is $750 a night thru the end of any calender year from 12/21. $200 cleaning fee per stay. $500 fully refundable security deposit for each stay. No cancellations 30 days out. One nights deposit holds your stay. Paid in full 30 days
