Fountain Hills is bordered on four sides by desert terrain and mountain views. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 25 minutes away. 20 minutes west is Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes away and in two hours plus, you can be in Sedona or Tucson. Las Vegas, Grand Canyon or Los Angeles will take a bit over six hours.
Our condo is so convenient to shopping, eating, the library, River of Time Museum, the Community Center and the 30 acre Fountain Park, you may wish to leave the car parked. There are movie rentals, senior activities, art exhibits and a community theatre. Three day art festivals are held in February and November with craftsmen from all over the USA.
Here and nearby, there are virtually unlimited recreational opportunities. Golfing, Casinos, museums, hiking and biking trails, tennis, basketball, rivers and lakes for water sports or fishing, horseback rides or just relax and watch the beautiful sunsets.
The condo is located on Palisades Blvd. between Westby and Almont.
