Our NEW 3 BR, 2 BTH, Lanai unit has a 4 person hot tub right on the ground level porch overlooking the 700 foot lazy river, bay, pool, palm trees, and more!
Our unit is located in the Heron building which was completed in the fall of 2007. Our unit has a King in the master, Queen in the guest room, and a full on the bottom bunk, single on the top, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit sleeps 9 and is wonderful for families or just a get-away.
Our kitchen and condo are FULLY equipped with everything you will need to have a fabulous time. IT's A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
This is a lanai unit. "Lanai" means a veranda or covered porch.
From the master bedroom and living room, you have access to the main porch that has tables and chairs great for eating outside and watching the sailboats go by. Steps lead from the main porch down to the ground porch where the 4-person hot tub is located.
