It is also close to the action. there are many very nice restaurants nearby as well as outdoor tiki bars and places to dance the night away. Grocery shopping is approximately 6 blocks away with other shopping within a few miles of this home. You are close to Gulf Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina where you can rent boats for your self or take the ferry to Fort Myers Beach. The Yacht Club public beach is a 10 minute drive. Barbara Mann theater where the big name entertainment comes to is across the bridge, or about 15 minutes from Villa Sunshine.
