Our fully air-conditioned 2.300 square foot villa offers luxurious and spacious accommodation.
It is beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout in tastefully co-ordinated pastel shades which carry the Florida sunshine ambience into every corner.
Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom including double vanity unit with ‘Hollywood’ dressing room style lighting, corner bath and a large walk in shower. It has a walk in wardrobe and pool access through patio doors. Telephone and television are also provided.
Master Guest Bedroom has a double bed and two Guest bedrooms have twin beds.
It has a generously sized kitchen equipped with every convenience, including large fridge freezer with automatic ice dispenser with water filter, microwave, large oven, dishwasher, a clothes dryer and washing machine are provided in the separate laundry area.
The breakfast area and the family room overlook the lake and pool and have access to both through patio doors.
The pool is large irregular key-shaped up to 6 foot deep with underwater lighting, four sun-loungers and four patio chairs with large patio able are provided.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Attractions, Crown Colony Golf and Country Club is quite literally across the road and Lexington Golf and Country Club is in our backyard so to speak, Naples is thirty minutes down the road, Bonita Springs is only fifteen minutes away and even nearer are the islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the white sparkling sands of Fort Myers Beach.

Amenities
Normal use of gas, water and electricity is included in the rental price. Additional facilities include a telephone in the kitchen for local outgoing calls and all incoming calls. There are ceiling fans and smoke alarms throughout. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are undertaken on a weekly basis and our local reliable and friendly property maintenance company offer a comprehensive support service to ensure the enjoyment of your vacation.
