quiet and sophisticated American neighborhood with panoramic views
over the crossing of four wide waterways. Ideal for children with
SunSplash Water Park just minutes away.
Enjoy breakfast on the south facing pool terrace or the dining room
which looks out onto the pool.
Everything is provided to make your vacation complete, inclusive bed
linens and bath linens. The owners use the property frequently so
it is furnished to a very luxurious and very comfortable standard.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Cape Coral is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and sun
and fun seekers. Snow white beaches and shelling are very nearby.
Cape Coral is known as the 'Venice' of Florida with 640 km of
canals. It is just 20 minutes away from the tropical islands of
Sanibel and Captiva, with their palm fringed beaches and clear blue
waters.
The house is only a 20 mins drive to Fort Myers Airport, two hours from Tampa, two-and-a-half hours from the Disney theme parks in Orlando and close to the beautiful white-sand beaches on the barrier islands of Captiva and Sanibel.
Minutes away from stores and restaurants, outlet malls and upscale shopping at Edison Mall in Ft Myers. Two hours drive from Miami and the state's biggest shopping outlet mall.
It feels like the well worn tourist paths have not yet reached this
area, but in neighboring Fort Myers Beach there are beachfront stores, restaurants and bars and miles of unspoilt beach for all the family.

Amenities
The property has a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in
closet; Queen-size bed and, of course, sliding door access to the
pool area and panoramic views over a waterfront vista.
The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the living area --
one with a Queen bed and one with twin beds. Both are located
adjacent to a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer with ice and water
dispenser; a full size range; coffee maker, blender, toaster, bagel
toaster, saucepans, skillets and cutlery and china. No need to bring
anything -- just yourselves!
The living area has three comfortable couches, a leather recliner
chair and a back projector 52 in color television, recordable DVD,
stereo unit and CD/radio for use by the pool or on the dock while
fishing or working on that tan.

Rates are based on two persons renting the property. Each additional
adult $50 weekly. Children under 14 free.
$990 weekly from April thru October. $1050 weekly November thru December 15. $1100 weekly from December 15 thru December 31.
$1,200 weekly from January thru March.

Deposits:
20% deposit to confirm reservation.
Balance one month prior to vacation.
$250 security deposit against damage, long distance telephone calls
etc.
$130 final cleaning charge payable to caretakers on departure.
