It has been luxuriously and tastefully furnished and is situated in a quiet and sophisticated American neighborhood with panoramic waterfront views. You can enjoy breakfast on the south facing poolside terrace, or in the dining room with views of both the pool and tropical gardens. Large living area with cathedral ceilings, comfortable couches and 52in television with cable. Separate cable channel selectors in the two main bedrooms. Master bedroom with King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closets, two further bedrooms, one with Queen bed one with twin beds. Everything provided for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Poolside dining, dock, gas barbecue, sun loungers.

The house is located in Cape Coral, 20 min drive to Fort Myers Airport, two hours from Tampa, two-and-a-half hours from the Disney theme parks in Orlando and close to the beautiful white-sand beaches on the barrier islands of Captiva and Sanibel.
Located in Cape Coral, two hours drive south from Tampa on the Florida Gulf coast. Cape Coral is known as the 'Venice' of Florida with 640m of waterways. Minutes away from stores and restaurants, outlet malls and upscale shopping at Edison Mall in Ft Myers. One hour's drive from Naples, two hours drive from Miami and the state's biggest shopping outlet mall. Snow white beaches and shelling are close nearby on the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
