Located in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estate, Kissimmee, this villa is surrounded by large executive homes and wide boulevards in what is regarded as being Orlando’s most exclusive rental community.
Formosa Gardens Estate is ideally located just off Hwy 192 just 2 miles from Disney and only 2 minutes from Formosa Shopping Village, which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants and some very useful shops.
Add to that a number of quality golf courses only a few minutes drive away and you have one of the most convenient locations there is.

Private screened large swimming pool with seperate mouse-shaped paddling pool and a wonderful 6 person spa. (Just what you need after a hard morning at Disney). Child alarms and removable safety screens are fitted. Extra large sun deck with covered patio area, complete with high quality patio furniture, sun loungers and gas B-B-Q.

Rates vary according to season and currency - please contact owner for prices and availibility. We prefer to book in weeks at a time starting at $2,350.
Owner also has another 8 bedroom house to the same design on Formosa if you need more rooms (!) - just contact me and let me know.
We also know our neighbours who can rent you each house either side if you want to organise a really special get together...! Again, contact owner for details.

25% required on booking and full payment 10 weeks before arrival into either US or UK bank account.
