The villa is 2400 sq ft with two master bedrooms; a large family room and a quiet sitting room to relax after a hard day at the parks or on the links. We provide a formal and casual dinning area to match your needs; a fully fitted kitchen and utility room with all mod cons. Just pack some clothes and head on down.
The lanai has been extended and so provides the ideal space for al fresco dining and a large 24x14 foot pool. For the man of the house, a free grill (BBQ) and gas is also provided.
Cable TV is piped into the family room and 3 bedrooms and we have a large range of video and DVD movies available. An Xbox is installed in the “kids” room and we have 8-9 games of various types. High Speed Cable Internet and a PC are provided free of charge.

Come and enjoy our villa just a 5-10 minute drive to Disney. The best of Florida villa rental – the real Formosa Gardens. Set in a quiet location with two small lakes, just a short drive to Disney.
The estate is a small gated community of 135 homes, all on large plots. Very much better than the usual rental communities, Formosa Gardens has space, quality and is within wasy reach of all the best that Florida has to offer.
A number of rental areas claim to be Formosa Gardens, but we are the real thing. Set in 2 small lakes with plenty of space and privacy at your own pool, you are only a 5-10 minute drive to Disney. Just a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) and you will find an extensive range of international restaurants and excellent shopping.
Set just off the 192 it is easy to find and just that little bit more quiet and exclusive. Yet there are more than 20 golf courses within a 10 minute drive, fishing on the local lakes or head for Lake Toho.
