There are two outside pools on the complex, equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, both available for guests. There's a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. And there are outdoor showers, and an observation deck with lounge chairs for basking in the sun during the day, or to enjoy the beautiful southern sky during the night.
If you enjoy grilling, a couple of charcoal grills are waiting for you on a wooden deck, surrounded by manicured landscape of myrtle bushes, palm trees, and Spanish moss. The complex offers covered parking under the building, off-street parking, and an onsite condominium manager. There are also security gates, which are accessed by code, for guests' protection. Our Villa has central AC/Heating, a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath, living room/dining room combination, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony offering a fantastic view of the Ocean. New carpet and tiles in 2008, remodeled bathroom just completed. Accommodations include a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa There is a large screen TV, VCR and Radio/DVD player, and a 4-seat comfortable table.
