For your convenience a half bath is located on the main level. Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. Thes quest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a twin suite. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional TV's in all bedrooms.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This South Forest Beach villa, located at Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the beautiful tropical beach on the Atlantic. Also located within walking distance is the popular Coligny Circle. It affords many conveniences including numerous restaurants, shops, and other activities. You are also within a brief drive from Harbour Town which offers more unique shopping and fine/casual dining.

Guests are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day from the world famous Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex, located right next to the villa. Additonally, guests have fitness center privilages free of charge. There are more than 10 public golf couses within a 10 minute drive of Springwood.
