It is two short blocks from the Folly Field beach, with the balconey overlooking the Port Royal golf course. It has a stacked washer/dryer, and two TVs with cable hookups (plus VCR and DVD players). It is on the top floor (third floor walkup), and is very quiet (no noise from above and no noise from the parking lot). The complex has two pools, ten tennis courts, and a raquetball court. Linens , cleaning services, parking, and access to the complex amenities are included in the weekly rental price. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 4 p.m., Check-out at 10 a.m.
