The apartment is on the fourth floor (with a brand new elevator) of a characteristic 20th-century building, near great shopping and good restaurants. It is right next to one of Florence's best preserved green and hilly areas, with a stunning country landscape all around, which is enjoyable from our main bedroom's window.
The apartment is just a short walk from many of Florence's most famous sights.
The bus stop takes you in 5 minutes to the heart of historical Florence and is just one block away from the apartment.
Florence's airport is appx. 10-12 minutes by taxi from the apartment. Taxis are relatively cheap (and reliable) from the airport. You should expect to pay appx. 12 to 20 Euros max. (it depends if on rush hours and traffic conditions).

 Additional information about amenities:

The spacious main bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of space. The window looks out over the hills of Florence: you feel like you were in the great Tuscan countryside, but you are still in Florence.
The living area has a large window-door to the balcony of the apartment, and it is furnished with great pieces of antique furniture, comfortable casual seating for 3 to 5 people.
The fully-equipped fitted kitchen has double sink, oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.

Rates for the Galileo Vacation Apartment in Florence, Tuscany Vacation Rental Apartment

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Rental charges are as follows:
€ 700 per week;
€ 80 per day for additional days beyond one week;
€ 1,200 for a two-week period;
€ 2,200 per 4-week period.
A 20% discount is available on weekly rates for rentals subscribed within 2 weeks of the rental start date.

 Deposits:

A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to reserve the aparment, payable by check or money order (please contacts us for money transfer details).
Balance is required at arrival.
