A brand new duplex styled apartment in a small complex of only six units. Large 135 square metre, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies with views. One balcony has a built-in barbeque. Apartment covers two floors and is fully tiled. Two double rooms and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedding, towels and sun loungers provided. The complex is in a sought after area in Calis.
This complex is only about 800m to the beach. Shops and mini-markets are less than 200 metres away. This apartment comes with 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Two of these rooms are en-suite whilst the main bathroom has a jacuzzie bath. Apartment is fully air-conditioned (each room). An open-plan living room which is spacious leads into the fully equiped kitchen. A balcony leads off the kitchen. The living room has two sofa's and large windows and is bright and modern. Cable TV is provided and DVD player included. The second balcony has a built-in BBQ and has seating for six with table. The top double bedroom is en-suite with jacuzzi, and leads onto the third balcony which has privacy and is the perfect sun trap. A large swimming pool is up front of the complex and provides privacy. Apartment provides four sunloungers with two parasols for guests. Main airport is 45 minutes drive away by mini-cab. Main town is Fethiye and is 10 minutes drive away. The local transport is very good and the local 'dolmus' takes a person anywhere cheaply. Try the water taxi to Fethiye, the jetty is only about 600 metres away! Calis/Fethiye is perfect for all as it offers plenty to see and do, from ancient ruins to paragliding (8000m) or just doing nothing!!! The down-stairs shower room is a 'wet-room' style' which has hand rails for the parcially disabled. This complex is only six months old and built to a very high standard. There are plenty of things for children to do as there's numerous play parks around the Calis and Fethiye area, some next to resturants as well. The Calis beach club is the best! An Aqua park is nearby which is fantastic. The local market is there on Sundays for nearly anything. Calis is flat so perfect for jogging along the prommanade or having sun0downers in one of the resturants. Horse riding and mini-safari's for the adventurus. Paragliding is a MUST DO and the twelve island tour which takes a whole day on a large cruiser which has a bar and serves food ! The resturants are very good and are all child-friendly in spite of mine wrecking the place! Visit the 'ghost town' as this is a ancient city, take your swimming trunks as some of the resturants there have swimming pools. Transportation is cheap so no need for car but car-hire and airport transfers can be arranged if required.
For young children, high chairs and cots can be hired from the managment company. As there are stairs to the apartment it's not ideal for wheel chairs but the apartment itself has a 'wetroom' for the partially disabled, namely hand rail for the shower. Smoking is prefered outside on either balcony. Once your booking has been confirmed in writing, the managment company is notified about this. Your flight details will be required as to arrange the time for the airport transfer, (this costs £40 IF REQUIRED) they then will meet and greet you and show you around the apartment. This is a 24 hour service all week. They will take care of anything and can arrange all tours and car hire etc. Although the apartment has no internet facilities there's an internet cafe about 500 metres away, next to a tatoo parlour! ATM's are also in this area as well as markets.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Funds to be transfered into owners account in the united kingdom and balance to be paid to agents on arrival. If cancellation made two months before travel full refund given.
