We call it DOLCEVITA RESORT. A sophisticated elegant yet informal high quality Italian style and flavour waterfront villa. 4 double king size air conditioned bedrooms (sleeps 8) each having its own ensuite private bathroom.
An independent guest cottage with 2 beds, kitchen and bathroom is also available in addition to the main villa.

Completely newly restored, it provides the highest standards and probably offers the best services you can find in the area.
Swimming pool, tennis and a 9 hole private golf course within the property and much more !

The house has satellite TV- DVD, Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone in each room, in room electronic safes, an antique fireplace, a large fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, fitness room.
Free amenities such as: swimming pool tennis, basketball, volleyball, soccer, dinghy sailing, canoeing, bicycles, in house 9 hole golf course, gym, table tennis, and several other sports and games are available at no additional cost.

The DOLCEVITA RESORT, is perfectly suited to welcome a fresh honeymoon couple as well as 1 or 2 families together with their children who like to be cuddled and spoiled in this idyllic lake front paradise.
Water skiing, wake board, draw off with a power boat or jump on board for a magnificent and romantic lake cruise with the owner’s 15 mt. vintage sailing yacht (year 1925).
A 12 mt. vintage taxi motor boat (year 1926) can bring you as well to the most exclusive waterfront restaurants while tasting a glass of champagne at sunset, or bring you to visit the Borromeo’s islands and the “Santa Caterina” convent situated on a cliff over the water.

For your pleasure or special needs and or exclusive excursions (Heli Golf, Heli Ski, Heli Yoga, Heli Trekking, Heli Picnic, etc.), a 5 seat helicopter and a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II limousine is also available at the DOLCEVITA RESORT.
