The property is located across the road from Blainroe Golf Course . It is situated 3 miles south of Wicklow town on the coast road. From the bedroom window in the townhouse there are views of the Irish sea. The Irish sea is located on the other side of the golf course. A private cove is available to rentors at #20 !. The distance to the cove is ~ 400 yds from the townhouse.
The property has a spiral stairway which will bring you up to the second floor. At the top of the landing and to your left there is a laundry cupboard, with sheets ,towels etc.
Directly across from the stairs is a full bathroom ,with shower, bath tub,wc,sink ,and built in hairdryer . The bedroom has a king size bed, a full futon is also in the room.The storage space is huge, in fact it's more than I have in my own house! There are views of the Sea ,Golf course and Countryside
Downstairs there is a half bath with wc and sink . In the Kitchen / Living room a love seat folds out to a bed .
