The cottage is situated in a twelfth century village designated by the French government as a "National Historical Monument".No development is allowed & all restoration is strictly controlled.The surrounding countryside is of well wooded & gently rolling hills.The village is only 4 mins. from the Dordogne river,just across from the small market town of St. Cyprien.
Walking,cycling,fishing,swiming,canoeing,hot air ballooning,sightseeing flights,displays of medieval weapons & jousting.Neolithic cave paintings. Subterranean canoe trips.Eating out.Openair Markets.Museums.Horse riding.Wine tasting.
Easter Saturday to the last Saturday in October$685per week.All other times $390+fuel per week.If cancellation follows full payment,a refund of balance will be made if the property can be re let.Bookings are from 4pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am On the Saturday of departure.
A non returnable deposit of $250 will be required on booking,the balance + $150 returnable security deposit will be required not less than 8 weeks before date of arrival.
