Welcome to our spectacular two level home with breathtaking views. This property is just two miles from Estes Park and a twenty minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The upstairs features one bedroom with a king bed, den with a hide-a-bed, one and a half baths, large living room with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a Double bed and the other with one King bed, one bath, living room with three futon sofas, a den with one sofa bed, TV room and another kitchen. Both levels feature large decks. Additional amenities of this home include a telephone, internet service, TV, washer/dryer, and a gas barbecue. Please, smoking is permitted only outside the house.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This home offers a true Mountain Top experience with awesome views of the Rocky Mountains and is close to the RMNP and close to the town of Estes Park and Lake Estes. There is many things to entertain the whole family. Wildlife viewing is great in and around Estes Park.
There are two local Golf Courses in Estes Park. One 9 hole and one 18 hole.
Local Activities: hunting, swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horseback riding, golf, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering, and roller blading.
