There is a large new cedar wrap around deck that invites you to linger and smell the pristine mountain air.
There is a large open gourmet kitchen equipped with a stainless steel convection oven, new appliances, and a huge cooking island that has a built in griddle and grill. The kitchen has a wall of windows with great views of the rocks and pine trees. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to make delicious meals for a big crowd. There is a large beautiful dining table that comfortably seats eight.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This house borders 1200 acres of historically preserved land that has several National Park Trailheads. It is just a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountian National Park. It is half a mile to downtown Estes Park. A very short walk.
