Villa Tranquilla is a fine, detached villa on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, just to the west of the delightful 500 year old town of Estepona, only a 10 minute drive. The villa is set in a half-acre of mature gardens featuring cacti, agave and bourganvillea. There are 4 separate 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. We live in one and ensure the grounds, pool etc are maintained as well as being able to help with emergency problems like "Do you know a good restaurant?"
The Palm Terrace comprises 2 large bedroom suites; 2 sea-view terraces; a living/dining room with sea & garden views with the kitchen off. All windows are arched and the ceilings high.
Over the past 6 years, we have had a huge amount of happy clients. In 2007, some 67% of bookings were from returning clients.
This is a different style of accommodation, but one that has proven popular - living in an authentic grand Andalucian Villa. Give it a try and we can (almost) guarantee you will tell your friends about it.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Within a 12 minute walk, there are 3 restaurants, a 5* hotel, our closest beach and a soon-to-open supermarket. The villa is in an urbanisation of quiet roads with detached houses, just outside Estepona. It is one of the few towns on this coast which is still predominantly Spanish. There is a pretty marina with some stunning yachts, but it is also a working fishing port with fresh daily catches serving all the local restaurants.
At certain times of the year, there are trips to watch the dolphins or go deep-sea fishing or scuba diving.
Marbella & Puerto Banus are 30 mins; Gibraltar 45 mins; Ronda & Malaga 90 mins;
Jerez 110 mins; Cadiz & Granada 130 mins & Cordoba & Seville 150 mins so you are well placed for tours, but we think you'll love the villa & Estepona so much, you'll forget why you came!!!
Seriously, it is a great place to unwind, especially if you started in Madrid/Barcelona.
We even had a lovely safari park nearby as well as golf courses, tennis, polo & bull fighting.

Please see our website for current rates. As you have come via Villa4Vacation, deduct 5% from our rental prices
Once a booking is confirmed, we require a 30% deposit via bank-to-bank. Balance to be paid in euros on arrival.
There are no refunds. If you cannot make it, providing you tell us 28 days or more before you are due to start your holiday, we will keep your deposit for 12 months.
If you book a future vacation ending within that period, your deposit will be transferred to this vacation.
