What makes our villa unique is that it provides some of the advantages of a hotel, with concierge services available in the resort Clubhouse.
For added convenience, we offer a keyless entry system so you never have to worry about losing, forgetting, or doling out keys. In addition, our villa is professionally maintained by one of the area's top management companies offering 24-hour assistance if you should have a problem with anything in the villa during your stay.
At more than 2700 square feet, this spacious home is designed and equipped to accommodate up to 12 people in comfort and privacy. When you stay with us, you get more than a great house and proximity to everything this wonderful vacation area has to offer. You also get Emerald Island Resort! This "island" serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to all the places you want to visit. Your villa is an inviting retreat and a convenient base for you, your family, and guests.
The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to Emerald Island Resort is a prelude to the community's grandness. The colonnaded entry, with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda, provides a dramatic sense of arrival to this gated enclave.
Emerald Island Resort offers a level of service and amenities that lives up to the region's reputation as the center of world-class resort entertainment and activity. Although your villa is close to the area's most renowned attractions, the activities and amenities may entice you to spend more time here than you expected.
The Clubhouse
The 4,000 square foot Emerald Island Clubhouse is the center of activity for the community. It has a large community pool including a hot tub and poolside Tiki Hut Bar for drinks and snacks at the pool; fitness facility; sauna and steam room; a planned sundry shop (coming soon!); a meeting room for informal gatherings; and computers for guest access to the Internet. Plus, you can enjoy a game of volleyball on the sand courts, or just spend a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.
The Clubhouse staff also provides towel service and music at the pool, movie rental, and other thoughtful touches to make your visits to Emerald Island Resort a worry-free experience.
Concierge Service
Concierge services are yet another touch of luxury that's available to all guests free of charge within the resort clubhouse. As you might expect at a fine hotel, a helpful staff member can assist you with all your needs including:
