Luxurious non smoking accommodation, consisting of five double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property is air conditioned throughout. The two master bedrooms both have King size beds, TV's and ensuite facilities.
Chill out with a long cool drink while relaxing around your own private pool or take a dip in the spa. Both have the option to be heated so you can enjoy them at your ideal temperature. The pool is south facing giving you the perfect opportunity to develop that tan with the added benefit of poolside hot and cold shower.
Should you wish to relax inside the house, enjoy the lounge area with luxury leather suite, large screen TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. For the more energetic our fully equipped games room with full size pool table, foosball (table top football) and air hockey.
The luxury kitchen area is fully equipped should you wish to cater for yourselves.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Emerald Island Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security. Being situated so close to Disney and off the 192; Magic Kingdom main gate is no more than a 10 minute drive. This gives the added benefit of being able to return to the villa to relax during the heat of the day and then returning to the parks later. This is especially important should you have young children.
Emerald Island is constructed within 300 acres on conservation woodlands and lakes making it a true ''land island'', complete with a woodland trail. Driving into the resort through the magnificent colonnaded entrance complete with leaping dolphin fountains you are immediately struck by its style and beauty.
Should you wish to discover other attractions the Interstate 4 is less than 10 minutes away, which will take you to the beautiful west and east coast.

Amenities
From the main entrance to Emerald Island, follow the palm-lined road through to the central 4000 square foot clubhouse containing a convenience store, cyber cafe, fitness center and sauna. Should you prefer the company of others there is a large heated communal pool and a hot tub complete with pool bar. Free use of sun loungers is also available.
